Training videos are available by recommended “belt ranking” requirements to “individual technique” mastery.
We recommend you first study the minimum techniques required for each belt category. Being proficient in the belt categories gives you a foundation to gain mastery of the sport of jiu-jitsu.
With a great foundation, you will evolve your jiu-jitsu practice as you gain mastery of specific techniques.
