Tachi-waza (Standing Techniques) Te-Waza Morote Seoi nage or two arm shoulder throw is a strong forward throw in judo. A common mistake is to over use the right arm making it very challenging to get into position on this technique. Take your time and practice moving in with a very relaxed supporting arm and straight wrist.
