Loop choke to cross choke combo from butterfly guard
2m 2s
The loop choke is a great setup to the cross choke as your opponent must swim his head to avoid the loop choke and opens up the cross collar perfectly. If the cross choke is your primary attack, make sure you get a solid high grip prior to attacking or you will have to adjust mid move which is not effective.

Choke with overhook control from clos...
Franjinha uses the overhook lapel control to keep his opponent broken down allowing the cross choke attack to become available. **The grips need to be sufficiently deep for this technique to work so don't go squeezing away until the hands are set.
