Double Leg Takedown
The double leg takedown is a grappling move in Brazilian jiu-jitsu where you grab your opponent's legs and push their upper body forward to force them to the ground. It's also known as a double or double leg.
How to perform a double-leg takedown:
Grab your opponent's legs with both arms.
Keep your chest close to your opponent.
Push your opponent's upper body forward.
Force your opponent to the ground.
How to defend against a double leg takedown.
