Combination of a leg weave guard pass with an unconventional chin strap grip make this a unique modification to the typical cross face grip. Typically, your opponent will try and turn belly down to avoid the leg weave pin and the chin strap grip creates a guillotine threat if they decide to belly down out of the weave pass.
